Julie is a certified pharmacy technician who discovered her passion for sourdough baking in 2024 when she created her own starter from scratch. What began as homemade loaves for family quickly grew into something more.

Paul is a dedicated firefighter who began working with wood in 2022, initially refurbishing furniture for family and friends. Over time, his skills and creativity expanded into designing and building rustic, handcrafted wood products.
